most of my break has been concerned with a) not being killed by my parents about the .23 gpa that i currently call my own, b) falling out of whatever with [d.], c) dying my hair funny colors, d) getting new and fun body piercings, and e) getting back on anti-depressants.

it's been a blast. ::sarcasm::

i'm so ready to go home.

it's kind of funny that i now refer to ames as being "home". i love des moines. it REALLY is a fun town...

for example, RyRy, JayJay, and i went to perkins tonight after band practice. we're sitting there, and a bunch of guys walks in, and one of them says, "Hey, what's going on?" to Ry like he knows him.

Turned out to be Jim Root, the guitarist for Slipknot. Always entertaining to see international rock stars at dinner and have them recognize your 17 year old boyfriend without him initially remembering who it was...heh, it was funny, a rock star remembered ryan and jayson, but they didn't recognize him...

So that was the entertainment of the day.

Saw [d.] twice over break, got mad at him again, and almost got pulled over on the way to see him. i hope he's doing okay.

i feel strangely hyperactive today.
